Changing frames to PHP Tables?

Hi. I have a website ( http://flavoredspace.com ) and I use to use frames. but currently it's just regular html on each page which will take forever once I start adding more content. I've looking a lot of places but I want to figure out how to use PHP for this. I want it to work just like frames but without frames, so when someone clicks a page itll go to it but the content and everything will stay the same. I know its very simple but i just need some help. i use godaddy on the linux servers. thank you

So basically you need is a CMS to take care of all the things.

You can also learn PHP to do this but it'll be whole another story that you don't want to know. =)
