Hello, Im still learning HTML and all that fun stuff. I tried searching for the answer on my own, but I couldnt find one, just how to break out of a frame, not to add one if it isnt there...

The Problem:
On a website I am making I have have a frame and no-frame section. Now when I click on the frame button everything works fine, but say if I wanted to goto a page directly (ie: _____.com/aboutus.html) the frame wont show up, but the page still will.

The Question:
Is there anyway I can get the frame to auto add itself if there is no frame already?

Thanks in advance.

You can force frames by using JavaScript, but it would be in better interest not to use frames at all. There is no reason to use frames and they will become deprecated soon.

Thanks for the help, and I know a lot of people hate frames, which is why I have a no frame and frame section. But I disagree, there are some times where frames can be nice, but the over use and improper use of them made them become annoying. I have grown not to care for them either because it does take up space. But then again they can be convient instead of scrolling all the way back up to navigate away...
