I have a frame. It is a regular frame with a right and left section. On the left section there is all the places you can click like "Media" ect. How do I get it so that if you click, say "Media," the contents of Media will appear only on the right side and leave the left frame alone? I am not very good at HTML so if you could put it simply please.

you need to need the frames and in your links set the target to the frame.
