Hello all.
If I have posted this in the wrong area I apologize.
I have a web page with an excel spreadsheet embedded in it. The general thoughts of all the techs is that this is NOT a good idea because Firefox etc can't open it. Most suggested I make a spreadsheet and 'save as' html web page. I have done this but once opened in a browser it does not allow any input. I hope I explain all this correctly. What I am wanting to do is put a spreadsheet style 'form/table/whatever' on my page so that a viewer can enter ONE value in an unlocked cell and the form/table/whatever will calculate about 6 or 7 other values. Can someone please tell me exactly how I can make that happen? I know I am asking a lot but I am fairly dumb when it comes to this stuff. If you want to see what I am trying to do then this is the web page with the 'calculator' on it www.teamkiwi.890m.com/mysite5/calculator.htm . That page has the embedded spreadsheet but will show you what I am trying to do. It will only open correctly using explorer. Alternatively, one of you nice guys/girls might give me some code which will do it a different way...lol
Thanks so much
Daisy

Thanks all . I have now got it fixed but not by using an excel embedded sheet.
Cheers
