what is the best to have statistics of my website?
i see on google there are a lot, but i want the best and for free!

Statistics? As in how many people have visited your site?

Best is what you make of it. I use SmarterStats on the server, I also use Google Analytics, and Web Log Explorer Log Analyzer locally. Each will have a couple of things the other did not have but using all three I get what I need.

I tried to use Web Log Explorer Log Analyzer. It connects to the server, but I cann't see any report. is it because I have an unregistered program?

My server has some statistics in html pages in
htpp://www.domain.com/stats/*.html
but I wanna use other programm what shows me different reports. does Web Log Explorer Log Analyzer help me to do that?

If it is unregistered - you might need to register it for it to work. I download my log files and generate the reports locally.
