how to add sound to a button

I have this code:

</ul>




I want to add a sound once the button has been clicked/pressed. The sound file is called "click.wav".

How would I do this? I dont want anything too complicated like javascript.

Can anyone help?I would be very greatful

Double post how do i put a sound on a button.
