help required

after submit it shows the details on the email client how can show it as a form or make it as a table.

Well since you are relying on the email client, you have some limitations because you don't know if the email client is supporting HTML.

am using thunderbird for email and dreamweaver for mywebpage

Ok, you are using thunderbird, but what about everyone else? The code you gave basically will rely on the end user's mail client - and it could be Outlook, Mail, Hotmail, GMail, etc.

Well you can also use server side code (PHP, ASP, .NET, etc).
