Have You access to server-side programming, or just a client-side solution would be best with You?

If that one is html document, not pdf or so, You could simply replicate that pattern page: work out its HTML code by right-mouse "View Page Source" or "HTML", then copy/paste it in editor, building a new document to be stored among those ones.

Please, be more specific .....

There's two good ways to put an example of your portfolio online if that's what you need. The first is to do as you suggested and make a very good image of everything you need and host them on a site like PhotoBucket.com or ImageShack.com.

The second is to use a upload/download sevice like SendSpace.com.

Actually there's a third if you want to make your own free site for your portfolio work. FreeWebs.com is very unobtrusive as far as ads go and logging into your account every 30-days will keep the original floating logo off your pages once you put in a small one of theirs. Bravenet.com has more web tools, widgets, etc., but ads at top of each page.
