Can somebody add a change this code so instead of e-mailing it it will open up a text file that can be saved, thanks.

If I understand correctly, you just want the text file downloaded and saved to a person's hard drive. If you use the file with the *.txt link, the user's browser is more than likely going to open it with their text editor.

They do have the option to save from the text editor, but if you zip the text file, then they will have to download and unzip the file on their hard drive.

If this action is good enough for you, then just use a simple link:
