Problem with link / targets using frames

Hi ppl

Check this page out:

Try out the two links that works, "Hjem" and "Hybler".

You can now see the upper picture change. Thats how i want it work.

Now check out:
http://www.falkenborg.no/rammetest.html

That's the same page, with frames, "meny"-fram, "banner"-frame and the "main"-fram. I absoulutly want the frame solution, but I can't get the effect with the changing "banner" now.

You see, when im using frames, the menu will not scroll up when watching the page. Thats how i want it to work. Anyone got a solution? Sorry if my english is bad. Tell me if there is something you don't understand about this problem.

Not sure why you would want to use frames for this.

At the moment each page has it's own banner image.

If you use a Frame then it would be unaffected by opening links in the right frame.

If you did want to change the image then your would need to use javascript.
