Layout using table not aligning properly

Hello,

I am using a table to create a layout ( header, navigation, content) for my website. The problem is that the table doesnt exactly fit the screen, but some white space is left at the top and the left side of the page, as if the page was right aligned in the browser. The sample code is

I want the table to be displayed without those white spaces. Can any1 please help?

sounds like you want to gett rid of the body margin
