Posted: Mon Jun 29, 2009 8:48 pm Question About Creating A Forum Like This One |
I'm using notepad and HTML, no programs, and I'm pretty new to this, but I know the basics. I was wondering what the code was for creating a forum where you can post different topics and then have the posts in the different topics. Like this site, or another example is Gamefaq.com where you have the board and everybody posts there. Thanks in advance for anybody who can help! |

Hi:
A forum requires a database and scripting language(s). Usually PHP as the most popular free forum app is phpBB.
You can practice setting up and running a forum at InvisionFree.com. |

I think PHPBB is the best due to the over whelming about of updates put out by them
Demo : free forums |
