I use to be AmyR9 on here, but I can't seem to get into my account anymore since a repairman worked on my computer due to hacking, spyware, and so much other things going wrong with my computer. Ever since he brought my computer back, this site and so many others I can't get in anymore. I have no idea what to do about the problem. I guess it must be because he removed some cookies or something this site needs in order to work, I don't know.
I'm also using my mom's computer at the moment too. Which her computer keeps having so many problems too due to same reasons as mine, spyware and stuff.
Thanks,
Amy

A link to all your posts under AmyR9.

You should have been able to login with your password. If you forgot password, you could have it sent to you if you can access the email it uses to sent email to you from this site.

You do need to approve cookies, but as long as you know your usernames and passwords, you should be able to log into all your sites even if cookies have been wiped. Make sure JavaScript is turned on, too, in the browser.

Yes, I do remember all my passwords. I use that saved password features. But even though I put the correct passwords in, it still says its wrong. I have also already tried the forgot password thing, but it doesn't seem to send me my password either.
What do you mean about approving the cookies? How do I do this?

Steps depend on the browser, but the following link will show basic steps for IE:

How to Set and Customize Cookies Settings in Internet Explorer

You should have gotten an email to the one you used at sign up. Did you check the spam folder?

Yes, I checked the junk mail folder. Not there.
We have all different browsers. I use to have Mozilla on mine until a friend of mine took it off due to everything becoming distorted everytime I open it up. So, I now have IE, and Netscape on mine.
My mom's computer has Mozilla and IE.
Both computers still all loaded with spyware and stuff. Not all 100% off any of them and not sure if ever will get things off is beginning to look like.

That IS good news. The admin contacted me saying he would take care of it.

If you have computer problems, I can get you to a site that offers free computer help. They are so good at malware removal that you may have to wait in line.
