For a school project, I have to be able to explain how to set up a framed page...I guess the instructor wants us to be able to, kind of, explain it a regular discussion, and not all that html mumbo jumbo, so he knows we know what we're talking about, and I am clueless of how to do this. HELP PLEASE!!!
