Hello all, I would just like to remind you that the search feature of this forum is currently working, and has been since the forum opened. It's a great tool because it can help you solve your problems without posting! So next time before you make a post asking something, or even if this is your first time, take a look at the search feature and use it... it's a great tool
Cheers,
Chris |

I searched as best I could before starting a post... I think the hard part about searching (for newbs like me anyways) is that it is difficult to search for the correct keywords.
For instance, I'm having a problem sizing a textarea... all I could think to seach for were topics containing variants of 'text' 'area' and 'size'.
Have any suggestions to improve searching efficiency? |

I thought it was spelled "n00b"??
Anyway, one reason I like posting (to several messageboard types) is that where there is a response, you then have a e-mail notification with a link to that post whenever you may need to refer back to it, or just simply if someone else has chimed in long after you have forgetten about it.
Is there a way to subscribe to threads then?
Just curious!
Respectfully,
Scott |
