Body and HTML tags don't validate right...

Hi - I get these error notices on the wc3 validator, even though I have checked and double checked that my <body> tag starts right after my </head> tag and my <html> tag comes right after the doctype, and my </html> is the last thing in the whole code:

Line 28, column 98: document type does not allow element "body" here

...ffff" vlink="#ffffff" alink="#878787">

Line 92, column 6: end tag for "html" which is not finished

</html>
