Greetings:
I have two questions
1) How can I get extra horizontal and vertical space in some cells but not in others. CELLSPACING seems to work only for the entire table. I would like it to work for some of the cells and not for others. VSPACE and HSPACE do not give me the space I want on the top and left sides.
2) How can I setup a column on the left side of the screen (in tables) that spans several rows, acts as a navigation bar (that feeds from another file) and does not scroll with the rest of the page. Note - I can do this in frames but would prefer to use a table.
