If I would have a button in frame A, which should save values of objects stored in frame B, how can I refer to these values?

The HTML form tags have to be opened and closed in the same HTML document. If you are using frames with different HTML documents in each frame then you won't be able to make one affect the other using standard HTML.

Perhaps you might be advised to set the page up using tables instead.
