Dropdowns and pages with <!--#include virtual="*.txt

Hi, I need some help with using the code  to work as a dropdown menu and all...

I've heard that this code can make an entire page or HTML file displayed on another page, or frame (I'd like to call these tables or cells). I'm new to this type of HTML, and I'd appreciate someone giving me a step by step tutorial on this?

BTW, my site is a kids site, and FYI I'm a kid. ~_~

The problem is that the include is serverside and will be included before the the rest of the page is rendered.

Do you have to use SSI includes?
Could you use PHP?

no, my host doesn't support php...

then again, i figured out how to fix the code. http://v2pokedex.atspace.com ... looks like it works.
